Type of wine
100 % Chardonnay
Subsoil type
The native soil of Crémant de Loire is constituted mainly of chalky subsoil called 'tuffeau'. Its is the land’s ability to store heat by day and diffuse it by night that is the over riding factor in the wine’s quality
Vinification
Selection of juices for extraction. Mastery of the choice of yeast. Blending to cellar master's secret recipe. Traditional slow fermentation in bottle. Maturing beyond the legal prescription in limestone cellars situated immediately under our vineyards at an even temperature of 12°C all year round (between 9 and 15 months)
Tasting notes
Fruity nose. Exotic and greedy in the palate, pineapple and manguo. A very fresh wine
