This is a wine for those precious moments spent with good friends when time just seems to stand still.
Type of wine :
Fine French sparkling dry rosé wine. A very traditional cuvée, which connoisseurs will enjoy discovering.
68% Cabernet Franc, 32% Grolleau
Substoil :
A chalky subsoil, known locally as "tuffeau". The minerals in this soil play a vital role in creating wines with a fine sparkle. Another characteristic of this chalky layer is its ability to absorb the sun's warmth by day and diffuse it by night.
Vinification :
Careful selection of the best juices during extraction, mastery in the choice of yeast and the blending of the cuvée by the cellar master. The characteristic mousse is formed during the secondary fermentation (traditional fermentation in the bottle). We also allow the wine to mature in our cellar for longer than the statutory provisions require.
Tasting notes :
Pale pink in colour with a thick mousse and fine sparkle. Fruity aromas of red berries create a sensual perfume and a smooth, harmonious palate.
The delicious raspberry notes make this wine the ideal accompaniment to fresh fruit salads, light desserts made of red fruits, or as an aperitif with savoury or sweet snacks. Serve at 6°C.
