Non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from vineyards
The usual and natural fermentation process takes place in tanks. Before bottling, the alcoholic is evaporated by vacuum distillation at a temperature of 24°C. Festillant is a non-alcoholic sparkling whose organoleptic characteristics are left nearly unaltered.
Dosage (48 g/l) medium dry, total acidity (6.0 g/l), alcohol content (clear under 0.1% alc./vol.), pression (4,5 bars).
Pale yellow colour with golden reflection, fine sparkling, long tasting, bouquet of citrus fruits and apple, fine dry, full-bodied, adjusted with discreet sweetness. To be served between 6 and 8°C, nature or with a fruit cordial. Storage : 2 years.
