We have been carrying out a great deal of modernisation and renovation work at the winery since the year 2000.
We have greatly increased the capacity of our concrete fermentation tanks.
In 1998, we achieved a capacity of 615 hectolitres by rearranging our sludge containers (including presses). We have now installed six additional vats to expand our capacity by 900 hectolitres.
A new bottling plant has also been added to our cutting-edge equipment. It became operational in January 2003 and gives us greater flexibility in the production process and cuts dispatch delays.
