The vineyard, the Loire, and the tuffeau cellars form the very foundation of our Maison. Protecting them is both a duty and a long-term commitment.
As owners of over 250 acres (100 hectares) of vineyards, working alongside local partners who share our high standards, every decision we make shapes the quality of our wines and secures their future.
Our approach centers on continuous improvement: protecting soils, preserving biodiversity, reducing our carbon footprint, minimizing energy and water use, designing more responsible packaging, and prioritizing local supply chains.

Our commitments in action
Our vineyard has held High Environmental Value (HVE) certification since 2022. We are also expanding organic viticulture practices and guiding our grower partners toward increasingly sustainable methods. Today, nearly half of our partner grape growers are also HVE-certified.
Fostering biodiversity
Cover crops between rows, grassing over soils, reduced plant protection treatments, and beehives installed in the Maison’s park: all concrete steps to protect our surrounding ecosystem.
Reducing our carbon footprint
Since 2016, we have used lightweight glass bottles, saving nearly 150 metric tons of CO₂ every year. Our electricity is now 100% sourced from renewable energy, and we continue investing to boost the energy performance of our facilities.
Designing more responsible packaging
Our packaging is 100% recyclable, and our 700g bottles are among the lightest on the Crémant and Saumur market, helping limit our environmental impact without ever compromising on quality.
Conserving water resources
We constantly optimize water use through dedicated equipment and treat all our wastewater prior to discharge to safeguard our local environment over the long term.
Partnering for impact
Our commitment extends beyond our cellar doors. We prioritize local sourcing, working with wine suppliers located within 90 miles (150 km) of our site, and we require all our partners to adhere to our responsible code of conduct.
